820.01 CLEANLINESS OF RESTROOMS AND PREMISES.

A person conducting or operating a public garage or service station shall keep all restrooms and toilet rooms maintained therein in a clean and sanitary condition and such places and fixtures shall be cleaned daily. The premises where such a business is located and conducted shall also be kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
