808.01 HOURS.

A person keeping, using, permitting or allowing a billiard, bagatelle, pigeon-hole or pool table, or other table or implement to be kept or used for a similar purpose, in any place of public resort within the City, shall keep such place closed from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. each and every day and from 2:00 a.m. each Sunday morning to 6:00 a.m. each Monday morning.
