804.16 CHANGES OF LOCATION.

A license issued under this chapter shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only in the premises described in the application and license. Such location may be changed only when a written permit to make such change is issued by the Mayor. No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location is in compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 450. Passed 12-4-78.)
