A license issued under this chapter may be suspended for not more than thirty days or revoked by the Mayor for any of the following reasons:
(a) Violation of a law of the State or any of the provisions of this chapter;
(b) The willful making of a false statement as to a material fact in an application for a license;
(c) Permitting an illegal, disorderly or immoral practice upon the licensed premises; or
(d) Any other cause or reason now or hereafter provided by law.
