804.10 RECORDS OF LICENSES.

When a license is granted by the Mayor and signed by him or her it shall be countersigned by the City Clerk, who shall file and keep all original papers and documents referring to the issue thereof. The Clerk shall make a complete list of all licenses issued and the dates of issuance. If the Mayor revokes a license, he or she shall report the same to the Clerk who shall make a record thereof.
