804.05 LICENSE CLASSIFICATION; FEES.
   (a)   Licenses shall be divided into the following classes:
      (1)   Class A, which permits the retail sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on or off the premises where sold, but not for resale in any form. The annual fee for such license shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).
      (2)   Class B, which only permits the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in sealed packages, but not for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such license shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).
      (3)   Class C, which permits only the retail sale of beer and wine for consumption on the premises where sold. Class C licenses are only available to establishments which derive more than fifty percent of their revenue from the sale of food. The hours for the sale of beer and wine shall be from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. There shall be no sale of beer or wine on Sunday. Beer and wine shall only be served with the purchase of food. The annual fee for such license shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).
   (b)   The annual license fee shall be paid at the time of application for any such license, provided that such annual license fee shall, at the time of application, be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the license year prior to the issuance of such license. The license fee shall be refunded if a license is not issued.
