684.05 RELEASE FROM LIEN.

Upon the payment of the costs and expenses, including the costs and expenses of filing and releasing the lien, after a notice of lien has been filed, the lien shall be released by the City or by the person in whose name the lien has been filed and the release shall be filed and recorded in the same manner that the lien was filed and recorded.
