682.05 SALE OF FIREWORKS.

No person shall display, sell or offer for sale fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes, Roman candles, skyrockets or other pyrotechnics designed for celebrating national holidays or other general and public events, except that such articles may be displayed and sold on July 2, 3 and 4 of each year. (Ord. 23. Passed 11-4-29.)
