672.05 REMOVAL OF EARTH.

No person who is not in the employ of the City shall in any manner remove or cause to be removed any earth from a street or alley of the City, or from one part of a street to another, or from public grounds, without the consent of a majority of Council. (Ord. 7. Passed 6-17-19.)
