658.02 INJURY TO CEMETERY PROPERTY.

No person shall carry away or remove or willfully, maliciously or negligently break, deface, destroy or otherwise injure a monument, tombstone, tree, shrub, railing, fence or other property or thing belonging to a cemetery in the City.
