652.22 INSPECTIONS; INTERFERENCE.
   The Chief of Police or such other person as may be appointed for that purpose may, at all times during the day, enter all premises and examine all parts thereof and shall cause all nuisances found thereon to be abated or removed. No person shall resist, interfere with or molest such officer or appointee acting in the discharge of his or her duty.
