652.15 DISCHARGE OF OFFENSIVE LIQUIDS.

A liquid or substance which is or may become nauseous, foul, offensive or putrid, which is discharged, placed or thrown out or which flows from any premises into a street, alley or adjacent lot or premises shall be deemed and is hereby declared to be a nuisance and is prohibited. (Ord. 19. Passed 6-17-19.)
