652.07 DANGEROUS BUILDINGS.

No owner or keeper of a lot or premises shall suffer to remain thereon, to the annoyance and detriment of another person, a dilapidated building which is liable to fall or catch fire and which, by reason of its proximity to the adjacent buildings and premises of another person, endangers such person's life or property.
