608.15 REMEDIES AS TO EXOTIC ANIMALS.

The City Attorney may file a complaint in the name of the City to enjoin any and all persons from keeping or maintaining or permitting such exotic animals within the City limits and to abate the same. The City Attorney may request an order that such exotic animals be humanely dispatched, if such authority is not otherwise granted herein.
