(a) No person shall interfere in any manner with a member of the Fire Department in the discharge of his or her duties as a fire-fighter.
(b) No person shall obstruct any street, alley, walk or other area within the City so as to hinder a fire truck or its equipment or members of the Fire Department in the discharge of its or their duties.
(c) No person, other than a member of the Fire Department or representatives of public utilities in the discharge of their duties, shall proceed to the scene of a fire or suspected fire in such a manner as to interfere with the free operation of a fire truck, its equipment or members of the Fire Department.
