460.11 DRIVING ON CLOSED STREETS.

No driver of a vehicle, except an authorized emergency vehicle while engaged in emergency duty, shall drive such vehicle upon any street or highway which is officially closed to traffic and which is plainly indicated as such by officially erected signs, barricades or other traffic control devices.
