460.04 OPERATION AT THROUGH STREET INTERSECTIONS.
   (a)   Those streets and parts of streets described in Section 440. 07 are hereby declared to be through streets for the purpose of this section.
   (b)   When stop signs are erected upon highways intersecting a through street at the entrances thereto or at the entrance to an intersection, a driver of a vehicle shall stop at every such sign or at a clearly marked stop line before entering the intersection, except when such driver is directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic control signal.

   (c)   Where no stop signs are erected at highway intersections within the City, except as herein otherwise provided, operators of motor vehicles traveling upon public highways shall yield the right of way to vehicles approaching along intersecting highways from the right and shall have the right of way over those approaching from the left.
