Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Traffic Code, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor for a first or second offense and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both; for a third or subsequent conviction within one year after the first conviction, such person is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500. 00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
