424.03 APPLICATION OF CODE TO PUSH CARTS, ANIMALS AND ANIMAL-DRAWN VEHICLES.

A person propelling a push cart or riding on an animal upon a roadway and a person driving an animal-drawn vehicle shall be subject to the provisions of this Traffic Code which are applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions of this Traffic Code which by their nature can have no application.
