256.28 QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT.

(a) All full-time and part-time employees of the City (except employees of youth programs) shall be at least 18 years of age and shall hold a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

(b) All full-time and part-time employees of the City shall meet all Federal, State and Municipal standards for the positions for which they are hired.
