§ 91.23 HOURS OF BURNING; SMOKE, FUMES TO CONSTITUTE A NUISANCE.
   Combustible material may be burned only between dawn and 5:30 p.m. within the city, provided that such burning shall not cause the emission of smoke or fumes which are annoying or discomforting to the residents of the city or which constitute a nuisance as defined by the laws of the state.
