§ 91.22 GREEN VEGETATION NOT TO BE BURNED, NOT PUT ON CITY WAYS.
   No garbage, green leaves, green grass or other green vegetation shall be burned at any time within the city. No green vegetation or mowing refuse shall be deposited on city streets or alleys.
