§ 91.03 WEEDS DECLARED A NUISANCE; DUTY OF OWNER OF PREMISES.
   Any weeds, such as jimsonweed weed, poison ivy, burdock, thistle, cocklebur, wild lettuce any other weeds of a like kind, found growing in any lot or tract of land or in any alley or on any boulevard in the city, are hereby declared to be nuisance and it shall be unlawful to permit any such weeds to grow or remain in any such places. Property owners and occupants thereof are hereby made liable for the destruction of weeds growing on their own property and also those found growing in the alleys and on the boulevards adjoining their property.
