§ 91.01 ALLOWING TO ACCUMULATE OR REMAIN ON PREMISES.
   (A)   No person owning, occupying or controlling any property within the city shall allow any trash, refuse, debris or rubbish to accumulate or remain on any private or public property within the city for a period of time in excess of five days.
   (B)   The presence of such trash, refuse or rubbish is declared a public nuisance which shall be abated in accord with this subchapter.
