A. Upon determination that the site plan is in compliance with all development standards and any conditions of development set forth in the zoning ordinance pertaining to the property, the site plan shall be approved by the Zoning Administrator or his/her designee.
B. Prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit, all site development standards set forth in Section 1.9.2 shall be constructed or installed in compliance with the approved site plan. In lieu of such installation or where weather conditions necessitate a delay, upon approval by the Town Engineer, a cash deposit, bond, or letter of credit, in the Town’s discretion, in an amount that guarantees complete installation of site plan requirements, naming the Town of Chino Valley as beneficiary, shall be filed with the Town.
