1.9 REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCESSES

The processes set forth in this section shall apply to development within the Town of Chino Valley: Site Plan Review, Amendments to Zoning, Conditional Use Permits, Planned Area Development Overlay Zoning District, and Citizen Review Process.
