All construction sites shall provide on-site restroom facilities for employees while construction is occurring in conformance with all of the following provisions:
(A) There shall be a minimum of 1 toilet provided on-site for every single-family residential construction project. When the same general contractor has 2 single-family residential construction projects on adjoining lots with the same street frontage, 1 toilet located as close as possible to the common property shall fulfill the requirements of this section for both sites.
(B) When there is a non-single-family residential construction site, there shall be 1 toilet facility for every 5,000 square feet of building area. Any fraction thereof shall be rounded up to require the additional toilet facility.
