That certain document entitled International Fire Code, 2018 Edition, together with appendices A, D, I and J, published by the International Code Council, as amended by the CAFMA 2018 International Fire Code Amendments is hereby adopted as the Fire Code of the Town of Chino Valley to regulate and govern the safeguarding of life and property from fire and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life and property in the occupancy of buildings and premises and said fire code is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as though fully set forth in this section. One paper copy and one electronic copy, maintained in compliance with A.R.S. § 44-7041, of said fire code shall be kept on file and available for public use in the office of the Town Clerk and Community Development Department.
