§ 31.42 INITIATION OF ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS.
   Citizens may initiate an investigation of an alleged violation by filing a complaint on a form provided by the Clerk. The complaint shall be filed with the Clerk who shall forward it to the permit, license and zoning inspector, hereinafter called enforcement official, for the town.
