§ 31.41 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Citizens are encouraged to redress problems with neighbors in a cooperative manner before involving the town in the problem.
   (B)   The town shall provide no enforcement assistance of deed restrictions or other restrictive covenants contained in any real property instrument or conveyance.
