In order to provide for the fair, orderly and timely enforcement of town ordinances, resolutions and regulations, it is necessary for the town to employ an enforcement official and to adopt an enforcement process to effectuate the provisions of the town's ordinances, resolutions and regulations, which include, but are not limited to, the sign ordinance, zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations and street naming and numbering ordinance.
