§ 31.25 TOWN MAGISTRATE.
   The Town Magistrate shall be the presiding officer of the Magistrate’s Court, shall be selected by the Council to serve a 2 or 4 year term and shall perform those functions necessary to the maintenance of the Magistrate’s Court as provided by state statute and as described herein.
