(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99
(B) (1) Any person who violates § 131.01(B) or (D)(2) is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor violation.
(2) Any person who violates § 131.01(B) above by means of radio, stereo, boom box, phonograph, sound or musical recorder or player shall be subject to the following minimum fines:
(a) Minimum $100 fine for first offense;
(b) Minimum $250 fine for second offense; and
(c) Minimum $1,000 fine for third offense.
(3) Any person who violates § 131.01(D)(1) is guilty of a civil violation, having a penalty of at least $100.
