§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates § 130.03(B)(1), (2) or (4) is guilty of Class 1 misdemeanor. This offense is designated as an incorrigible offense for minors under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court.
      (2)   Any person who violates § 130.03(B)(3) shall be guilty of a petty offense.
   (C)   A violation of § 130.05(D) is a Class 1 misdemeanor. The minimum fine for a first offense shall be $500 and a subsequent offense shall be $1,000. Each day on which a violation of § 130.05(D) occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
