§ 112.32 APPEAL.
   Any person aggrieved by an action of the Town Clerk pursuant to this subchapter may appeal the decision of the Town Clerk by filing a written complaint with the Town Manager within 15 days of the decision of the Town Clerk. The complaint shall contain a written statement setting forth fully the grounds for the appeal of the Town Clerk’s decision. The Town Manager shall set a time and place for a hearing on the appeal. Notice of the hearing shall be given to the appellant within 5 working days of the filing of the complaint by certified mail sent to the last known address or by personal service. The Town Manager shall hold the hearing within 15 working days of receiving the complaint. The Town Manager shall make a final determination within 10 working days of the hearing. The determination by the Town Manager shall be final.
