(A) Each licensee shall be required to exhibit the original certificate of license at the request of a police officer or town official.
(B) Exhibition of a copy or facsimile of the original shall not be considered compliance with this section.
(C) Each licensee and each licensee’s agent shall wear at all times during any sales activity the identification badge issued by the Town Clerk in the individual’s name.
