§ 110.10 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) The Chief of Police and the Code Enforcement Officer shall have and shall exercise the power to file complaints against any person violating the provisions of this chapter.

(B) The Chief of Police shall have and shall exercise the power to cite and release or arrest all persons violating the provisions of this chapter.
