(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Violations of these rules are civil in nature and can result in the loss of library privileges, including borrowing privileges, computer access and access to library buildings.
(2) Library staff members are authorized to suspend or revoke library privileges for any violation of these rules. Appeals may be made to the Library Director, whose decision is final. Enforcement discretion shall be guided by the severity and frequency of the violation. Enforcement decisions shall be made to advance the library purposes set forth in §§ 92.45 et seq.
(3) The penalties set forth in these rules are not exclusive. Patrons violating these rules may also be subject to civil or criminal sanctions under other ordinances of law.
