Permission to enter, occupy, use or otherwise utilize any facility or roadway within the boundaries of any park or recreation area under control of the town shall be conditioned upon compliance with all laws, rules, regulations and orders of the town governing such areas, and any person violating such laws, rules, regulations and orders will be required to leave the park or recreation facility or any portion thereof.
