§ 71.13 MOTORIZED VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON THE PEAVINE TRAILS.
   (A)   The portion of the railroad right-of-way called “The Peavine Trails”, the north segment of the trail to be known as the “North Peavine Trail” running from Perkinsville Road north to Road 4 North (excepting the access roadway to the Old Home Manor) and the south segment of the trail to be known as the “South Peavine Trail” running from the south side of Perkinsville Road to Road 4 South, shall be utilized exclusively for pedestrian, equestrian or non-motorized bicycle use.
   (B)   No person shall operate any bus, combination of vehicles, farm tractor, golf cart, motor-driven cycle, motor vehicle, motorcycle, motorized skateboard, road tractor, semi-trailer, trailer, truck, truck tractor or vehicle as defined in A.R.S. §§ 28-101 et seq. as the statute now exists or as it is amended in the future, on any portion of the railroad right-of-way designated as the “Peavine Trails” other than emergency or maintenance vehicles.
   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
