(A) The Council shall, by resolution, designate through streets and intersections where stops are required and intersections where vehicles shall yield the right-of-way.
(B) When any resolution of the Council shall designate any through street or intersection where vehicles are to stop or yield the right-of-way, the Public Works Department with input from the Police Chief shall erect and maintain the appropriate signs at every location where a vehicle must stop or yield the right-of-way.
