§ 70.05 TRAFFIC ACCIDENT REPORTS.
   (A)   The Police Department, under the direction of the Police Chief, shall maintain a suitable system of filing traffic accident reports. Accident reports shall be maintained within the Department’s computerized records management system.
   (B)   The Police Department, under the direction of the Police Chief, shall receive and properly file all accident reports made to it under state law or under any law of the town.
