§ 51.278 CRIMINAL PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, other than the sections designated as civil violations in § 51.279, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, except for such violations as may exceed felony damage thresholds. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
