(A) Fees charged for the discharge of non-hazardous liquid wastes into the sanitary sewer system for treatment shall be as established by the Town Council by resolution and may have varying rates for classification and point of origin.
(B) The Public Works Director shall review the fees yearly and shall make recommendations to Council for adjustment as he or she deems necessary.
