Regardless of origin, hazardous liquid waste (as defined in § 1004 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 6901 et seq.) shall not be disposed of in any sanitary sewer system component, manhole, or headworks. Discharge of hazardous wastes to the headworks or NHLW discharge point by truck or other conveyance is prohibited.
