The Public Works Director has the authority to exempt NHLW haulers from the permitting requirements of this subchapter if the Public Works Director determines that other safeguards are in place to protect the sanitary sewer system, worker safety, the public and the environment. Any exemptions made pursuant to this section shall be filed with the Town Clerk.
