(A) The Public Works Director shall have the authority to establish limitations for individual users or class of users for various specific substances, materials, waters or wastes that can be accepted into the sewer system, as well as specify those substances, materials, waters or wastes that are prohibited from entering the sewer system. All prohibitions and effluent limitations so established shall be placed on file with the Town Clerk and become effective and enforceable on the thirty-first day after the date of filing.
(B) All affected individuals or classes of users shall comply with the prohibitions and effluent limitations established pursuant to this section.
