§ 83.06 OBSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.

The person in control of a residential, commercial, or industrial property shall keep the sidewalk or other public place fronting or bordering the premises free of garbage, junk, obstructions, and weeds, and grass in excess of 12 inches in height.
