§ 90.04 STRAY DOGS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to harbor or keep any lost or stray dog within the town without notifying the animal control officer.
   (B)   When a dog that appears to be lost or stray is found, the finder shall make a reasonable effort to locate the owner and shall notify the animal control officer or the Police Department as soon as possible.
