§ 114.57 LICENSE SUBJECT TO OTHER LAWS.
   (A)    The license is subject to and shall be governed by all applicable provisions of federal, state and local law. Notwithstanding any other provisions of the license to the contrary, the licensee shall at all times comply with all laws and regulations of the state and federal government or any administrative agencies thereof; provided, however, if any such state or federal law or regulations shall require the licensee to perform any service, or shall permit the licensee to perform any service, or shall prohibit the licensee from performing any service, in conflict with the terms of the license or this chapter, then as soon as possible following knowledge thereof, the licensee shall notify the town attorney of the point of conflict believed to exist between such regulation or law and this chapter or the license.
   (B)   In the event of deregulation by the FCC, conformance to current FCC Rules or Regulations, as specified in this chapter may continue to be required by the town.
